Our Mission

Our Goal
To improve the level of professionalism among REALTORS® in our associations and in all interactions with the public. Strategically identify the areas of the greatest impact and develop a plan that can be used statewide.
Our Strategy
Through the transformative process of Emergenetics, the 18 of us discovered and embraced our individual strengths, enabling us to collaborate more effectively. By leveraging these insights, we formed and re-formed dynamic groups to tackle key challenges, ensuring every perspective was valued and utilized. This approach allowed us to focus on the six pillars we identified as essential for enhancing professionalism within our industry. Our strategy fosters adaptability, teamwork, and purpose, ensuring that our efforts create meaningful and lasting impact for REALTORS® and the clients we serve.
